Future Ready PA Index

The Future Ready PA Index is a collection of school progress measures related to school and student success. The Index includes a range of assessment, on-track, and readiness indicators, to more accurately report student learning, growth, and success in the classroom and beyond (PDE, 2018).

Our scores have increased over the past three years and we are very proud of the accomplishments of our students and the hard work of our staff.   We have focused on middle school math for the past couple of years.   The middle school math scores increased from 12% to over 56% during this time.   This year we are focusing on English Language Arts Text Dependent Analysis.

The school attendance section reflects a Federal accountability measure.   This measure includes both excused and unexcused absences.   Our average daily attendance in our schools is above ninety (90%) percent.

We are also proud to announce that Oswayo Valley High School has been designated as a Title I Distinguished School for the third year in a row.   Great job students and staff!

If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Michele S. Hartzell, Superintendent, at (814)-260-1700.   Great things are happening at OV!
