In order to be valid for fall sports, physicals must be completed on or after May 1, 2025. Students may have a physical with their private physician or with the school physician. Oswayo Valley has once again contracted with UPMC Shinglehouse Health Center to provide students with the opportunity to obtain a sports physical at a cost of $25 per student. Sports physicals with the school physician will take place on July 17, July 22, and August 5, 2025.
Please note, PIAA has updated the CIPPE Packet. Old forms will not be accepted. The last day to sign up is Monday, May 19, 2025.
