The Oswayo Valley School District has an opening for a highly motivated Junior/Senior High School Principal. This is a full-time, permanent position under a 250-day contract. Applicants must possess a valid Pennsylvania Principal certificate and have experience in scheduling, classroom observation, teacher evaluation, student discipline, and instructional leadership practices aligned with Pennsylvania’s Educator Effectiveness framework. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with knowledge of Pennsylvania Academic Standards. A working knowledge of special education regulations and PIAA rules is preferred. Experience as an Assistant Principal or Principal is also preferred.
